Processing Times:

We work hard to process all orders within 2-4 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). During busy times like sales and holidays, processing might take a little longer, but we’ll do our best to keep things speedy! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking info so you can keep an eye on your package.

Shipping Options:

Standard Shipping (Domestic): We offer standard shipping via USPS/UPS with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. Rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Expedited Shipping: Need it ASAP? We’ve got you! Choose expedited shipping at checkout for delivery within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 5 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

Free Shipping:

Who doesn’t love free shipping? Get free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. No code needed—just add your faves to your cart, and the discount will apply automatically at checkout!

International Shipping:

We offer international shipping to select countries! Delivery times and rates depend on your location and will be shown at checkout. Heads up: international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes. Shipping times may vary due to customs, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Local Pickup:

If you're nearby, why wait for shipping? You can select Local Pickup at checkout, and we’ll have your order ready within 24 hours of processing. We’ll send you an email when it’s good to go.

Just bring your confirmation email when you come to grab your order!

Local Delivery (Within a 5-Mile Radius):

Live close by? We’ve got local delivery for customers within 5 miles of our boutique! Choose "Local Delivery" at checkout, and we’ll bring your order straight to your door within 1-2 business days after it’s been processed.

Tracking Information:

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package on its journey to you. Tracking info might take up to 24 hours to update. If you don’t see it in your inbox after 3 days, check your spam/junk folder, or give us a shout at info@prettynakedboutique.com and we’ll resend it.
