Refund Policy

At Pretty Naked Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! However, if something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered with our refund and exchange policy.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns: We accept returns for store credit only. Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order.

  • Item Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains (including makeup or deodorant) with all original Pretty Naked Boutique tags still attached.
    Please note: Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Final Sale Items: All sale and discounted items, as well as items purchased with a promo code, are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes bodysuits, swimsuits, and accessories.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at info@prettynakedboutique.com. We will happily exchange it for the same item, provided you contact us within this window.

Return Process:

  1. Mail Your Return: Please mail your eligible return back to us within 10 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include Information: Be sure to include your order number, name, and email address inside the package, or use the return form included in your shipment.

  3. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. If the item is defective, please reach out to us before shipping.

Store Credit:

  • All eligible returns will be refunded via store credit. Store credit will be issued within 7 days of us receiving your return and will be valid for 12 months.

  • No Refunds: Please note that we do not offer refunds, only exchanges or store credit.

Exchanges:

  • You may exchange an item for a different size or item of equal value. If the new item is priced higher than the original, the difference can be paid via an invoice we’ll send directly to you.
