1. How long does processing take?

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.

Once shipped, standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while expedited shipping arrives in 1-3 business days. International shipping times will vary based on location and customs.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. No code is needed—just add your items to your cart, and the discount will automatically apply at checkout.

4. How do I track my order?

Yes! We offer free local pickup and local delivery within a 5-mile radius. Simply choose "Local Pickup" or "Local Delivery" at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.
